Kit out your kitchen Museum of Witchcraft and Magic style!
Also known as how to have a witchin’ kitchen! These items are now available to buy from our online shop.
Sabbat tea towel, £8
Full colour, 100% cotton, washable tea towel. This tea towel is copied from a painting in the Museum’s collection showing A Witch’s Sabbat with women and demons feasting, dancing, flying and people doing cartwheels in front of an enthroned horned figure.
This painting was based on a picture from ‘The History of the Ridiculous Extravagances of Monsieur Oufle’ by Laurent Bordelon (1711) which took a satirical look at beliefs about witchcraft.
Bone China pentacle mug, £12
This unusual mug (with just a hint of cauldron to its shape) is made of white bone china, and features a design based on one of the objects in our collection – a wooden pentacle with a cream-coloured rose at its centre from the Richel/Eldermans Collection. On the other side of the mug is our twig wand logo.
