These items belonged to a witch called Anne Darby. She was born in Essex in 1953 and died in Devon in 2016. The items were donated by Maia Miller, the district manager of the Pagan Federation of Devon and Cornwall.
The knitted bag was handmade by Anne Darby herself and inside is kept a small pewter medal/token with a goddess on it. On the bag is the engraving, "When you lose, don't lose the lesson." However we are unsure what it was that Anne Darby would have used the medal for.
