Information:
Strega (witch in Italian), the herb based liqueur, was first commercially produced in 1860, it takes its name from the witches that brewed magic potions around Benevento in Italy. The secret recipe is said to contain over 70 different barks and herbs and is reputed to be a powerful love potion. In legend Benevento is a meeting place for witches from all over the world.
