“Certificate of weighing in the city weigh-house of Oudewater. By the civil servant of the city weigh-house of Oudewater is made knowledgeable and certificated that — has weighed in the city weigh-house — pounds of such weight, which is normally used there, which is in accordance of the weight of the natural proportions of the body.
And also one is held to witness the truth which is hereby given in this open letter of certification so as to the weighed one in time could be of support and advise.
Without stratagem, so the charter is sealed with the City Seal.
Thus is done in the year of Our Lord —- on the —. H.’
