A miniature Greek-style statuette of an owl.
A delightful miniature statuette of a seated hare gazing up at the moon, inspired by Japanese art.
In Ancient Japan it was believed that seeing a hare gazing at the moon would bring good fortune, and in many cultures hares are associated with the Moon Goddess. According to British folklore witches could turn themselves into hares.
The statuette is made of bronze-effect metal, and is approximately 3.5cm (1.3″) tall.
