Magical Knife Blade (Wavy)
This iron blade is hand-forged on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, and has a wavy blade and a crescent-shaped guard.
A magical tool is all the more powerful if its user has put some work into it themselves, so this blade is for you make your own knife.
Magical knives have many traditional uses. In Ancient Egypt they were used to pierce the veil between this world and the Otherworld to allow magical power to flow through. In the Middle Ages they were used to inscribe circles and magical symbols on the ground. In Modern Pagan Witchcraft they are often regarded as a symbol of masculine energy.
In some traditions magical knives are known as Athames.
Approximately 27cm (10.5″) long.
