Traditional protection charm
A convincing resin replica of a human tooth, in a small glass bottle sealed with red wax.
It was a tradition among Cornish Cunning Folk to give their clients human teeth as a charm to ward off illness and misfortune.
Three human teeth were found at the home of the notorious Pendle witches, which was regarded as conclusive proof that they were up to no good!
