2 Melted fragments of a clear glass bottle remains of a spirit bottle recovered from a fire. One piece has a coin and a pin melted into the glass.

Original text by Cecil Williamson: 'The remains of a cindered spirit bottle recovered from the burnt thatch of the Bush Inn, Morwenstow in 1968, there was some fuss regarding this bottle with two parties endeavouring to retrieve it from the flames at the one and the same time, the fire won and whatever was concealed within the bottle was destroyed. A local person witnessed the incident and preserved the remains of the cast away bottle which had caused so much interest at the time of the blaze.'
