Information:

This staff, known as 'Sticky', belonged to Cecil Williamson.
It has a very faint insciption engraved at the top, which reads CEB Blackmore (? the last letters are very indistinct) 1909.
Presented to Cecil Williamson by Rosa Woodman, the Royal Witch of Windsor. It was her 'turning stick', used to turn away evil.
