4249 – Medal of the Virgin Mary

A small oval medal depicting the Virgin Mary, made of gold-coloured metal. On one side it shows the Virgin Mary with her arms slightly raised in a gesture of beneficence. On the other side are a cross and the initial M surrounded by stars. In a plastic wallet with an accompanying card, which has a picture of the Virgin Mary on one side and an explanation of the medal on the other.

4007 Pilgrim Badge

A very small dark grey pewter Pilgrim Badge, in the shape of a heart pierced with an arrow. Across the heart there is a scroll containing very minute lettering, and there is a crown at the top. 14th or 15th century.
