Translated into English by Robert Turner.

Robert Turner was an astrologer and herbalist, who translated a number of important occult works, and was himself the author of a herbal, Botanologia, the Brittish physician, or, the nature and vertues of English plants. There is a rather unflattering portrait of him (an engraving from one of his books) on the National Portrait Gallery website: https://www.npg.org.uk/collections/search/portrait/mw272289/Robert-Turner

For another important translation by him, Ars Notoria: the Notory Art of Solomon, see http://www.esotericarchives.com/notoria/notoria.htm

Donated by Helene Hodge.
