Poems on Hermetic Philosophy, collected by Elias Ashmole.
Elias Ashmole was a founding Fellow of the Royal Society, and gave his name to Oxford's Ashmolean Museum. A wealthy collector of artefacts and manuscripts, and a defender of Alchemy, he collected John Dee's manuscripts (which is probably the reason we have them today), and published a book on Alchemy by John Dee's son Arthur. This book is on the CD The Emerald Tablets of Thoth and Other Books on Alchemy, Hermeticism, Rosicrucianism and Magic (135.45 VAR 8389).
