'The Order of Artemis' Circa 1954.
'Athene', High Priestess of The Order of Artemis, was Audrey Kemp, the great, great, great granddaughter of the famous Ursula Kemp, the witch of St. Osyth. Once a devout Sunday School teacher, she married Herne of The Order and was initiated as a Gardnerian, later following traditional craft. She made her first Athame herself. Donated to the museum by 'The Order of Artemis' 1999.- Resource:
