These artefacts were grouped together in a special area behind Cecil's library. The museum acquired them after his death in 1999. The glass candlestick is full of human hair ' was it hair from his wife who died before him? Maybe it was a spell connected with the person whose hair had been collected.
We know that Cecil would approve of us displaying his magical items.
