Part of a collection of magical objects (MoW id nos 2522-2556) owned by Gerald Gardner and exhibited at the Witches Mill on the Isle of Man. Has accompanying folder of documentation.
Accompanying typed label reads, "Silver acorn charm. Caledonian market - 1820."
The 'cup' part of the acorn is separate from the other part - was it intended to be removable so something could be put inside?
