Ben Cooper, Inc produced Halloween costumes from the late 1930s to the late 1980s and was one of the three largest corporations making such material in the period. The company created inexpensive plastic masks and vinyl smocks which became iconic American symbols of the festival; this Devil costume dates to around 1950.
