First World War trench art charm - a small cross cut from copper sheet with simple incised decoration, and inscribed 19 WAR 17 on the front and Somme on the back. With a drilled hole and ring for hanging.

Cream coloured card with black handwritten ink text and symbols, a yellow/gold ink diagram, and a blue ink border. Holes where pins have been. On the back is more handwritten writing in blue and purple ink and some damage where the label has been removed. The bottom left hand corner of the card has been broken off.
