the fetus ‘d is attached to the woman ‘a’ through an umbilical cord (?). The other fetus ‘e’, with still a piece of the umbilical cord ‘f’, is impaled on sword ‘h’. Three sigils around, ‘b’, ‘c’ and ‘g’.
