Packaging, Postage and Processing

International Customers: Please allow up to 28 days from UK mail system to your local mail service. COVID 19 is affecting all transit times for orders, owing to increased pressure on the mail systems worldwide. Consequently, up to 28 days may elapse for all international orders. 

Posters are packed in cardboard tubes, other items are packed in cardboard boxes or padded bags. Where possible we will recycle packaging. Purchases will be delivered by Royal Mail within the United Kingdom and by airmail for international destinations. Insurance is not provided, however, proof of postage is available on all orders.

The Museum of Witchcraft Ltd. strives to dispatch items within 48 hours of payment being accepted. Postal transit times may vary owing to an evolving situation with COVID19. In the majority of cases, delivery will be within 10 working days ( UK ) and 28 days ( international orders) 

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
