Terms and Conditions
of
The Museum of Witchcraft Shop
The following terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between yourself and The Museum of Witchcraft Ltd. Please use your browser to print a copy of this document.
Ordering:
Your purchase invokes a contract of purchase between yourself and the Museum of Witchcraft. You conclude the contract by making payment for goods you wish to purchase through the PayPal payment service either with your Paypal account or with credit cards or debit cards that Paypal supports. Our contract requires that you register your name and contact details through our web site. You may make changes to those details during this process and you may contact us if you have any questions. All correspondence and communications will be in English. Placing an order does not imply that The Museum of Witchcraft Ltd. accepts that order. All product prices shown on the site are shown as VAT-inclusive in accordance with UK domestic legislation. The invoice of your purchase will show the VAT element you are paying. Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation of the order. We will inform you by email if your order is not available or if despatch is delayed in any way. Our products are unique and we are not able to offer substitute goods if a product becomes unavailable or temporarily out of stock. You may cancel your order before it has been despatched. Thereafter, cancellation cannot be accepted and you will need to invoke the returns policy. The Museum of Witchcraft Ltd. will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment Terms:
Ownership of ordered items remains with The Museum of Witchcraft Ltd. until payment has been received in full. The method of payment for your purchases is through Paypal either with your Paypal account or a supported credit or debit card. Please contact the museum if you wish to make purchases with other forms of payment. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Security:
Transactions are handled through the payment-processing provider, Pay Pal. Please see www.paypal.co.uk for their Terms and Conditions and for detailed security information.
