Translation: With notes 1947, fol. 89d: add to F2: F.E. Farwerck = the sign of death and revival and the riddle of the Anglosaxon runebox, Hilversum, 1953. O.
Fol. 89e, add: F9: now seems, that the represented image from the Stephendoma drawing is, which strongly deviates from the original. The point that concerns us here, the posture of the hand, is however rightly represented. H.
See notes 1947, fol. 103a: A lot points to that the sign ing, which for technical reasons in the Germanic era was written squarely, is from ancient Indogermanic origin and that with ( and the ) heaven and earth were meant, &c.
