Copper pot originally containing a piece of folded copper sheet (40mm x 40mm). Copper sheet lost in 2004 flood.

The copper sheet may have had a spell inscribed on it.
Notes by Cecil Williamson give date made as 1910 and place made as Brent Tor.

Possibly related to document 8085 which reads: "This copper pot when found had indications of having contained heart of a pig or a sheep together with the remaining bits of this strange embossed metal plate with a man and dog depicted on it. This plate had been folded over and one section disintegrated. The burial spot selected was in the wall of a village church in Kent. It was discovered when removing sparrows' nests ad making good the masonry."
