4091 – Pair of Miniature Cauldrons

Physical description:: A pair of small but heavy miniature brass cauldrons, with depictions of witches on them. On one side there is a witch on a broom, and on the other two witches with a cauldron hanging from crossed poles. The casting is rather basic and worn, but the effect is lively and entertaining. Late Victorian.

3439 – Victorian Witch Cards

Two greetings cards depicting witches in Victorian-era dresses, on foamboard. They are holding brooms and have various animals - snakes, toads, mice etc. - on their skirts. One has a black cat on her shoulder.

3996 – Witch’s Head Jug

A jug in the shape of a witch's head. The face is naturalistic, elderly with grey hair, but with the usual cliched warts and prominent nose. The handle is a cream-coloured greyhound-like dog. Labelled 'The Pendle Witch' on the base. With box.

3290 – Miniature Cauldron

Small metal cauldron, copper coloured. Three feet, two handles. The feet and handles are quite ornate.
