- Notes:
This interesting booklet contains the seven poems that were included in a special edition of Aleister Crowley's book 777 published in 1955. The special edition was just seven books, and each book included a different poem - a "bibliographical joke" according to the Preface here.
Inside the booklet is a business-card-like postcard sending greetings from the publisher, the Fine Madness Society, with a signature that may be that of the C.H. who wrote the Preface.
Number 54 of a limited edition of 77 copies.
From the library of Paul Newman, author of The Tregerthen Horror: Aleister Crowley, DH Lawrence and Peter Warlock in Cornwall (Museum Library id. no. 133.4092 CRO NEW 4431).
In rare books cabinet.
