In February 2020 the museum was sent an anonymous donation of a collection of Thai magical artefacts, with a limited description enclosed of some of the objects

A painted plaster cast figurine  described as  San Cipriano, the Argentinian patron saint of Magicians - Cipriano translates as 'from Cyprus'

This grey bearded figure wears a cream cloak and a bishop's mitre, is carrying a large book with what looks like a pot of gold or grain at his feet.
