In February 2020 the museum was sent an anonymous donation of a collection of Thai magical artefacts, with a limited description enclosed of some of the objects

Described by donator as 'Santa Muerte' or 'Our lady of the holy death', this black robed, skeletal figure holds a scythe over her shoulder and weighing scales in the other hand. One foot is slightly raised, standing on a head with wide eyes (could possible be an owl?)

underneath the statue are grains, a tiny horseshoe, and red beads or berries encased in a clear resin
