Information:

For many years, this object sat in the Shrine. In January 2017, it was removed due to concerns about its preservation.

When removed from the Shrine, it was found to contain an animal tooth, a piece of bone and some stones. These were placed in a different bowl and returned to the Shrine.

3735 – Seated Goddess figure with no arms

Seated Goddess figure, made of red clay or terracotta, with a crescent moon on her forehead. She is sitting in a position similar to the yoga lotus pose, but her arms have been lost. She still has her hands (they are resting on her knees), and her face is still rather lovely.

3745 – Goddess statue

Statue of woman sitting with crossed legs, a peaceful face and hands clasped, resting on the side of her face. Ceramic, with a matt grey finish that resembles stone.

Blue plate with terracotta/stone coloured women in a circle.
