Information:

A Thai tubular amulet called a Takrud.  This object contains a piece of rolled lead inscribed with a yantra. i.e., an occult/religious phrase used for exorcism, protection, luck, health and so on.  The exterior tube is decorated with three images of the Buddha, or possibly a Thai Buddhist monk from the Rattanakosin Kingdom c. 1782 CE.

The object would have been sealed with wax at either end and carried around the neck on a chain.
